Officer Harrison, along with Officer LD Miller left the police station to get breakfast across the street at the Deluxe Diner the morning that Lee Harvey Oswald was to be moved to the county jail. This activities were questioned but never proven, because the two were not known to socialize usually. This was about the time that Jack Ruby received a call letting him know about the plans. Officer Harrison was one of the officers who wrestled Ruby to the ground.
