Jean Souetre
French assassin – deported next day

Jean Souetre was a French citizen arrested in Dallas on November 22, 1963. He was immediately deported to Mexico. Later Souetre said it couldn't be because he was in Spain at the time.
The significance of this is that Souetre was an expert marksman and some believe he was one of the shooters in Dealey Plaza. Those who believe he was a shooter also see his relationship with General Edwin Walker as the reason behind it. He also worked with General Edward Lansdale in Vietnam.
On March 9, 1964 Jane Roman, working with the CIA filed an affidavit declaring that the French security organization OAS requested help in removing Charles de Gaulle using the services of Jean Souetre.
