Joe Campisi is reported to be the first one to visit Jack Ruby in prison. Ruby had dinner at his restaurant the evening before he killed Lee Oswald. The significance of this is that he is supposedly Carlos Marcello's man in Dallas. Feds have looked at him and he denies the connection – telling us he never spend a day in prison.
