Much is made of Lee Oswald's Mexico City excursion about his encounters at the Cuban and Soviet embassies. While the CIA didn't let much go on in the Western Hemisphere's Casablanca, their cameras were mysteriously malfunctioning when this trip was taking place. So there was no documentation of the event. Somehow they did manage to get a picture of Lee Oswald at the embassies. However the picture looks nothing like him.

CIA bureaucrat Jane Roman tells us that they had been keeping tabs on Oswald for quite some time and that during the dates in question, he was in New Orleans.
