Oscar "Rosco" White ?
Dallas PD sharpshooter - confessed to son

White joined the Dallas Police Department in September of 1963. He was working on becoming a police photographer and may have been the one creating the picture of Oswald holding the rifle and newspaper.
His wife, Geneva, was a dancer at Jack Ruby's Carousel Club. She heard Ruby and White talk about killing the President. Their son, Ricky Don White, found his father's diary that contained the details of his involvement in the killing.
Quoting the diary, the younger White said, "The diary said after my father shot the President he handed his 7.65 Mauser to the man standing beside him, hurled over the fence, took the film from the military man, whirled around the fence and went through the parking lot." The diary also said White was one of three CIA backed shooters and that Oswald was involved, but was not one of them. According to James Fetzer's account, While pulled his shot as he would have hit Mrs Kennedy and the bullet hit the grass across the street.
In a turn of events that aligns with Acqiia Clemons account, “White asked Tippit to drive Oswald to Redbird Airport.. .Tippit balked, suspecting they were involved in the assassination he had just heard about, and White had to shoot him right then." There was a Dallas PD shirt found in the back of Tippit's police car that some believe belonged to White as he changed clothes there.
While the CIA generally does not respond to statements like Roscoe White's they issued an emphatic denial and the FBI added that there was not evidence that any of this was true.
After some time, White left the Dallas Police Department and went to work for M&M Equipment. In September of 1971 He and another employee were severely burned in an industrial fire. The other man survived, White did not.
JFK FILES - The Roscoe White Story: -Grassy Knoll Assassin Or Hoax?
by Ralph Thomas
The Roscoe White story came forward in the early 1990s that had been the pre JFK movie days. Brought forth by the son of Roscoe White who’s name is Ricky White, the story claims the following. Roscoe White had been in military intelligence and became an assassin for the federal government. He had been assigned to the Dallas Police Department two months before the JFK Assassination. Roscoe White had been a shooter behind the picket fence and wore a Dallas Police uniform when he performed the assassination. Roscoe White fired shots that murdered JFK. Later in the day, he murdered officer. J. D. Tippet. Four of the investigators who had worked on this story had been Joe West, Larry Howard, Bud Fensterwald, and Larry Harris. All four of them died under suspicious circumstances. Since the 1990s, some new witnesses have come forward and records have been released that tend to confirm the story.
The Roscoe White story is controversial. All or parts of the story may be true. Others claim and suspect it is a hoax. The Roscoe White story could be a deliberate and planted diversion using witting and unwitting players to throw off the focus of other investigations by private researchers which appears to have been done many times in the past. Parts of the Roscoe White story can be verified while other parts of the story cannot be.
Lee Harvey Oswald Backyard Rifle Newspapers Marina Oswald Doctored Photograph Roscoe White Imperial 620 Camera JFK Assassin Cover-Up Gary Patrick Hemming Plot
by William C. Lewis
The “backyard photos” that are supposedly depicting Lee Harvey Oswald, the framed patsy for the JFK assassination, holding two communist newspapers in one hand and a Manlicher Carcarno rifle in the other hand are doctored photos. Read in this informative report how these photos were manipulated to depict Oswald as holding the Manlicher Carcarno rifle in the back yard of this residence in Dallas, Texas, because the media at the time of the JFK Nov. 22, 1963 assassination were saying that a Manlicher Carcarno was found in the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository Building. In reality, Dallas police found a German Mauser rifle but the media quickly changed their reports of a German Mauser found in the sniper’s nest in the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository Building to a Manlicher Carcarno to make the story fit with the photo of this individual who was not Oswald holding the Manlicher Carcarno to prove Oswald’s guilt in the death of JFK. Read, in this report how Oswald’s face was implanted on someone else’s body in this set of phony photographs that consist of Warren Commission Exhibit 133-A, 133-B and 133-C. Also find out how U.S. Marine, Mercenary and CIA asset with the Domestic Contact Division Gary Patrick Hemming conducted a false flag operation against Lee Harvey Oswald in which Hemming fired on the house of General Edwin Walker on April 10, 1963, effectively framing Lee Harvey Oswald for this assassination attempt on Walker that deliberately did not succeed because the operation was all designed to create a violent, falsified history of Oswald through this false-flag phony assassination attempt on General Edwin Walker. Gary Patrick Hemming was part of setting up Oswald, eventually, to take the fall for the JFK assassination. Oswald’s guilt in the JFK assassination would be made more believable to the U.S. public if Oswald had a previous history of violent behavior manufactured by Gary Patrick Hemming. Finally, learn how Dallas police officer Roscoe White was, according to his son, Don Ricky White, a CIA operative that was one of three individuals that fatally shot 35th President of the United States John F. Kennedy to death in Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963.
