It was far from me that I would, you know, ever have met a person that would have been a conspirator to kill the President of the United States.


Perry Russo was a friend of David Ferrie and through this friendship he came in contact with Clay Shaw and Lee Oswald. He knew Clay Shaw using the alias Clay Bertrand that he used in New Orleans homosexual community.

He came to Jim Garrison after Ferrie's death and told of several times his friend and Shaw talked about getting Kennedy. Some questioned the validity of his story, but there were sufficient details to give it some credibility.
