Robert Oswald told about his brother, Lee Oswald's tough childhood. Their father died form a heart attack two months before he was born. Their mother, Margeurite, had a rough time raising three boys herself and Lee was place with Dutz Murret for a while. Robert said his younger brother never had the advantage of living with a complete family.

He said Lee love the TV show I Led Three Lives, that was the true story of double agent Herb Philbrick. He spent much of his time alone as a child and fantasized about doing great things.
