Several weeks before the events in Dallas, President Kennedy was in Chicago going to a football game at Soldier Field.  The Secret Service received a tip from someone named Lee that there was to be an attempt on the president's life.  Following the tip they located Vallee with several rifles and the trip to the game was cancelled.
